Slow Cooker Chicken Curry with Noodles

One of the UK's favourite takeaway meals can be cooked from the comfort of your own home and you don't have to work hard to eat the rewards. Add in all your preferred spices and let the slow cooker work it's magic. In no time, you'll have a meal perfect for a cozy night in.

Don't just smell the kick, but taste it too and be sure to not to lift the lid on your slow cooker too often otherwise you'll lose the heat.

Chicken Curry with Noodles

Step 1

Set up your slow cooker and turn it up to high. Add your diced chicken breasts, diced onion, tomato puree, crushed garlic cloves, tin of coconut milk, tumeric, curry power, ginger, chilli powder, 5 spice, season with salt and pepper and give it a good stick until the mixture starts combining. Leave for four hours on high.

Step 2

After the four hours, remove the lid and stir.

Add the noodles and the 350ml of chicken stock and mix well. Leave for another 15 minutes. Stir the mixture and then serve in clean bowls.
