Slow Cooker Mini Egg Fudge

It only seems like Easter was just a few days ago but supermarkets are still trying to shift their remaining eggs from their shelves. As every year passes, the big branded Easter Eggs seem to be getting more expensive. Everyone flocks to the supermarkets to get their hands on their favourite Egg - but's here's a simple and cheaper alternative.

This three ingredient recipe still uses a classic treat however, it's made in the slow cooker.

Mini Egg Fudge

Step 1

Turn on the slow cooker and set it to high. Add the full tin of condensed milk and the milk chocolate. Give it a good stir and then put the lid on the slow cooker and leave it for an hour. Once the mixture is in the slow cooker, lightly bash the Mini Eggs until most of the Eggs are split in two.

Step 2

Once an hour has passed, lift off the slow cooker lid and give the mixture another stir. Add the majority of the bashed eggs and fold into the mixture. Once folded,

transfer the mixture to a lined small to medium oven tray. Spread the mixture evenly on the lined oven tray and then place in the fridge for five to six hours until set.

Step 3

Once set, cut the fudge into small squares, with the recipe, you should be able to get around 13 to 15 squares.
